Placed order on Bath & Body Words website on 11/10/08. I ordered a Black Shave Gel. It was advertised that with any purchase you would receive a free full size after shave. I never received it. Forgot about it until I was on the website again to use a two-day free shipping code that I received on an e-mail that same day. Well, the free shipping code was expired.

I e-mailed Bath & Body Works about not receiving the free after shave and about the expired free shipping code. They answered that they were out of the free after shave, even though the offer had still been on there website as of 11/26. Nothing about the expired free shipping code. They offered me $10.00 off on my next order, which I ALREADY had and had tried to use with the free shipping code (and was expired on the same day offered.) This is just baiting and more baiting to get you to spend more money. They haven't answered my last e-mail in which I explained I didn't want to pay more shipping or spend $60.00 more to not pay shipping when I can't trust them to follow through on their "offers" (more like scams).

unable to burn appropriate despite following burning instruction .

candle wax covering wicks when candle half full had to dispose of some candle wax before wicks would burn ?

i have purchased for several years and have never encountered this problem

I placed an order on Dec 26,2023. Still has not arrived. Order number [protected] my daughter placed an order the same time as me and got it a few days later. When I call the customer service number it goes in a merry go round and keeps repeating the same information and I can’t reach an agent.

Bath & Body Works lie and tell you, hey you can shop ahead of time and pickup in store just put your items in your basket. When candle day comes about, they tell you " Oh no pickup is unavailable!" So many people are so over the BS! We know years to come they'll be closing some stores! Too misleading!

I bought car freshener and a skull holder. It leaked and caused damage to my car... today 11/21/23 at 1100am. I have sent picture of the damage caused by your product. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. The product does not have any warnings either

I have just received a shipment from Bath and Body Works. The package contained soaps which were randomly tossed into the package, NOT sealed, leaking and overall a disappointing mess.

I purchased the Champagne toast candle, the glass became so hot it burst and caused a fire in my bedroom! I want resolution to this issue asap! I lost my nightstand, mattress and numerous items in the fire, that now I need to replace!

Why are you selling candles that burst?! I have bought from bbw for a long time and this is Insane.

I ordered online/pickup in store I request my free gift so they canceled 2 items from the order so I don't received my free item and they took away my points.

Several of my wallflowers are leaking a brown sticky substance from the bottom and sides of the device. One leaked on my wood floor and took the finish off the floor. One leaked on my granite counter top and I literally had to use a razor blade to remove the substance.

Order Number [protected] - I was to get a free item for the 3 purchases I made, but because product was unavailable AFTER the order was submitted they cancelled it off my order and never provided a free item. They could have easily traded it out.

I have purchased many many candles from you and just love them, but this year after Christmas I always shop your sales for me, and 2 of you three wick candles have burned half ways and two of the wicks just stopped burning, the wick is so low you can't light it. Can I return them for new ones even when you probably won't have my favorite ones?

I removed my wall flower from the wall to paint. I placed it on my desk at work (a very expensive desk) and somehow it got knocked over. The oil leaked out and I have at least a sqaure area in diameter of missing paint/stain from my desk. What am I going to do? They will fire me if they see this. Help

The 2 candles, one wick I purchased doesn't smell like anything and I'm upset I spent so much on these. I paid alot for my order and I have heard from others their candles didn't smell after some time. I would think with it being expensive that it would smell better. I could buy a candle at another store and it will smell stronger and better.

a store employee and also manager rude while ringing my purchase.the story is that I went there with a coupon and asked if I could use it on an item and the woman laughed at me that I wanted to use the coupon on a particular bath item, she told me the coupon said onething on the coupon and got mad when I asked her to read it to check.

I was in the hazleton pa store on sept 30th I had a 10$ off 30$ purchase. She would not allow me to use. No where did I see an expiration date. I had received it just the week before. I ordered a bunch of body wash and it arrived but I was missing the men's bourbon 2 in 1 hair body wash 10 fl oz it is a Christmas present I would like it since I paid for it idk if it can be sent or I can pick it up at the store but I'm very upset these things should be checked when the boxes are packaged. The Bath Fizzy Set (both the Penguin & the box) are $24.50. Anybody who has taken middle school math knows that this is absolutley ridiculous and such a rip off. A single bath fizzy is $6.95. Times 3, that is around $20.35. It should be priced around $18.00 to make it a good deal and make people actually want to buy it. That's all.

I was very disappointed in the selection of hand soaps. Black Friday is usually when I buy them and I didn't think there was very many to choose from. Missing was Black Cherry Merlot, I love that one. There was a lady beside me was very disappointed also.

I don't understand how you're selling candles in stores but not online. How do you not ship them out of a store? Everything is online. If a store has product ship it. Not hard.I've never had a problem shopping this first week in December for candles. All of a sudden this year halfway through the day they're ALL gone? I guess I'll get on Yankee
