4/24/25 1:14pm, went to pick up an online order, had my email confirmation (email states bring email confirmation OR ID) they would not give my order without ID, retrieved from car, associate looked at it, went to get order, then asked what my name was? (obviously did not look at either email or ID) I asked her if she looked at ID, she said "the first name" as I was walking out, another associate was laughing, I asked if she was laughing at me, she held up her microphone. I felt singled out, they need to watch behavior and what they are saying in the "microphones"
Desired outcome: improved customer service at this location, it is not the first incident I've experienced.
