Banggood / my horrible experience

I sent a defective product back and they promised me a replacement but I did not receive it. Later someone from Banggood contacted me and said that my item was no longer in stock so they were not able to give me a replacement. They promised I'll get a full refund but strange thing was that they were not able to tell me the exact date. They said that it depends on how fast my bank works and told that it can take up to 7 week!!! Are you kidding me?
I'm still waiting for my money and for some reason they stopped replying. I think something really bad is going on. I would not recommend Banggood to anyone.
