I received a letter in the mail on June 27, 2016 announcing I just won $ 1, 327, 940.00 and the cash would be paid directly to me by option of a lump sum of $ 2, 000, 000.00 to be remitted by annual payments of $ 66, 666.66 per year for 30 years. All I have to do is sign and send in $12.99 to the office of ANC. By cash, check, or money order. Our office will then serve you officially and with all due distinction. Reply requested within 7 days. Type of award verified 100% CASH. Mandatory age qualification over 18. The front of the envelope has a corporate judges seal stamp and the two letters. At the very top of page 2 says Award Notification Commission MI 520 19 23 (TD- 14/71-P) JC - [protected]. At the bottom page of 2 there is a Official Security Barcode identifier numbers are [protected]-490533. At the very bottom of page 2 the numbers are L07904E-N000/N216-795 ;-U. There is a Officer's Representative Signature ( I CAN NOT MAKE OUT THE NAME IT SAYS) Right under the signature it has JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL. Methods of reply accepted : MAIL REPLY ONLY. Scheduled Form : 13570, Filing Year 2016. Near the top right of page 2 the Verified I.D Number: #[protected]-490533/[protected]. Under this is a few words with missing letters. On the front of the envelope stamped PRESORTED FIRST CLASS U.S. Postage PAID KANSAS CITY. MO permit number 4280. ON THE LEFT FRONT OF THE ENVELOPE says NC 79P C10 U. Return and sign all documents with in 7 days in envelope provided.

On 10/31/16 I just received the same letter Judges Authorization Completed - Scheduled Form 13570 Filing year 2016 Verified I.D Number#[protected]-502908/[protected] Award Notification Commission World Headquarters, Kansas City. KS.United States of America Winner [Option A] Total Payment 1, 327, 940.00 [ Option B] Total Payment 2, 000, 000.00. Fee Due for Delivery 12.99.

Box 2905 Kansas City KS 66110 they said I won 1, 327, 940.00 and no taxes required and or take a the 2, 000, 000.00 with a payment of 66, 666.00 Thirty years to payout no taxes. But must pay $12.99 to receive this payment in seven days all of this is a red flag. On every penny that you earn or win in a sweepstakes's you must pay taxes. BEWARE BE WARNED THIS IS A SCAM. DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY...I AM PISSED OFF. THEY HAD ME GOING FOR A FEW MINIUTES, THEN I SEARCHED ON-LINE AND FOUND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT THESE SCAM ARTIST. WHAT A SHAME. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
I received the same letter on 10/05/16 with the fee do of $12.99. I was wondering how I had won as I haven't entered any contest in a very long time other than HGTV for a house. Like others have stated they would take the fee out of your winnings. Unfortunately I saw this kind of scam on a daily basis when I worked in the banking industry.

I received my ANC letter today (August 30, 2016) and I must admit these scammers had me going for about (3) minutes until I saw that little notice stating "Premium Offer FEE DUE FOR DELIVERY $12.99", the red flags started going up and they have not come down yet. I received (2) 81/2" x 11" sheets notifying me of my "winnings", the first sheet says "OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF CERTIFIED AWARD AND PROVISION OF PAYMENT.." Right below that is my first and last name, then below my name there are (2) boxes; MUST RESPOND BY RETURNING THIS ENTIRE PAGE (This box was checked), the 2nd line read: NOT REQUIRED TO RESPOND (Not checked), there is a Verified I.D. Number #[protected]-497027/[protected]...among other things on this sheet: Winner Option A ($1, 327, 940.00 - Lump Sum Single Check Disbursement...NO TAXES WITHHELD (Red Flag), Winner Option B: Total Payment...($2, 000, 000.00) = $66, 666.66 PER YEAR FOR 30 YEARS...NO TAXES WITHHELD (Red Flag), there is some kind of signature and below that in Big black and red lettering: JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL(Big RED FLAG b/c the notice on Page 2 says I won, now they are telling me about a Decision). Page 2 has an "Official Form No. 13570" along with my name and address appearing at the top and bottom of the page on the left side, the signature of the "Director", Filing Year 2016, etc. etc. You get my drift, all this stuff is bogus.
Just recieved my Prize Award letter for Option A- $1, 327, 940.00 Or Option B- 2, 000, 000.00 by increments of $66, 666.66 in the span of 30 years too.
Like alot of people have said, a premium/ fee in my case of $12.99 would not be required if you have won anything especially money. If so it would be automatically taken out from your award. This Award/letter was sent to me from AAI, 3221 Waialae Ave #338, Honolulu, HI 96816.

my letter said if you want the premium offer to send 12.99 I didn't want the offer so I just returned the signed letter in the envelope.
