Ambar Motors on 12 ave in Hialeah are rip offs. I bought my car from there on July 4, 2016 and I paid a car that is fully loaded when in fact my car is not. No power seats no navigation screen nothing fancy just a plain old regular car. So now I cannot even get my car refinanced because my car is worth $8, 000 and they charged me $23, 000 with a $3, 500 down. I keep calling them and I am getting the run around. They are scammers they basically sell you what ever car they want and tell you this is the only car you get approved for. And since sometimes one is desperate they take advantage. I am going to make a complaint to the DMV and to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and then complain to Florida Department of consumer services. These are peoples life they are missing up. They over priced my car by $12, 000. My note is 471.00 and I'll be stuck with it for 6 yrs. Just cause they lied and also the bank allowed it. So that's why I am complaining about the bank it self. It is there job to to a search on blue book value and believe they as well made up bank statements although I sent them some seems very odd all the things they were doing in the back office. They will not get away with this everyone needs to complain. Sad thing is that they are aiming at the Hispanic that don't know any better. They think they are getting a deal of a life time when in fact they are getting screwed. So sad

Horrible company! Will lie and say the bank needs more money and it's a lie! They're the ones who want the money! They rob you! Thieves! I can not wait to switch my car and have NOTHING to do with ambar motors EVER again! DONT go to this place unless you wanna be harassed in all types of ways!

Not suprprising your experience was positive County Judge Linda you're a county judge. Remember you work for the taxpayer. I hope you posted here on your time and not the taxpayers time.

Como es posible que un dealer que tanto se anuncia por televicion tenga un general manager que esta siendo juzgado por estafa.le dicen Rey es un calvo con cara de amigo, despues de investigar un poco ya que a un amigo estos tipos los estafaron como a tantos otros, sale a relucir en esta investigacion que este tipo esta esperando sentencia por ESTAFA en otro lugar. ! parece que estos dealers famosos contratan a sus manager salido de las salas de la corte.Creo que algo se debe hacer a respecto, por favor tengan un poco de respeto por el dinero de las personas

My rule of thumb is stay away from business that constantly advertises on radio or tv like Ambar Motors. Good businesses do not need that; they operate on recommendations from satisfied customers. The lack of that makes Ambar Motors to spent money in ads.

The service is horrible. They are really rude and treat people like ### I am currently consulting a lawyer because they canceled my guarantee just because I had an argument with the manager regarding their customer service I got yelled at in front of customers and staff if they thing is going to stay like that they are really wrong.
