All Pro Authentics shipped me damaged and poorly crafted merchandise and refuse to give me a refund and have not reached out to me to help resolve my dissatisfaction. They only communicate via email and will not provide a telephone number. As a result, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and during the process they have fraudulently altered email communications in their rebuttal to the credit card company. This is unacceptable and they should not be allowed to stay in business by behaving in an unethical manner. They are ripping off customers with shoddy product and extremely poor customer service.
