All American Auction

On 11/16/22 I participated in an online auction by ALL AMERICAN AUCTION COMPANY, DBA (Tommy Cooper $ Mark Bingham). I won lot # 322, toy soldier sets, cannons etc. I was very excited to win the auction to add to my collection. Unfortunately, the items were carelessly packed and arrived damaged. I call Mark on the phone and stated that I would like to return the items and please send me a return label. He was not willing to do that. Since they would not resolve my complaint, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and they have not resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I only want to return the items for a refund. it is now over 2 months later now and I still have a box of broken toys that I cannot use. The auction house is hiding behind their claim that all items sold are "as is". The problem is that they items were not damaged in the auction as pictured but shipped loose without bubble wrap in a very beat up Amazon box with Easter egg grass on top-no bubble wrap on delicate items. Now I sit here with a box of junk and am out $166.64 & shipping. I need help resolving this since the auction house does not care.

The previous two complaints describe Mr. Ciaglia to a tee. In addition to what sounds like questionable business practices from the other two complaints, I've heard that All-American Auctioneers was evicted from their Plainfield location in June 2009 for failure to pay rent in excess of $30, 000 - so says the judgement from the Will County court.
