Aegean — communications and customer service
Having booked a return flight from Paris to Athens through Ebookers, I had called Aegean to include luggage on the flight and paid for. What was not mentioned is that the payment was only for one flight. Due to having my credit card stolen in Athens, I could not afford an extra baggage on the day of bag drop off and they provided NO, I mean absolutely no help in dealing with my situation...you didn't care. This could be avoided if you mentioned it, now I'm stuck at the airport and not going to be able to prepare for my job interview. Worst customer service...I recommend a refund for my flight, this is not how you treat your customers, absolutely scandalous...
