Advantage Dentistry

Hello, years ago I broke my front tooth in half and went to Advantage Dentistry in Kenmore, NY immediately. I had gone to them many times before and was satisfied.

Last February of 2016 the tooth broke in half again. I went and got it fixed the next day. The very next day after that, it broke in half again. They wanted to charge me but I absolutely refused, so they didn't.

A month and a half later, you guessed it, it broke off again. This time they fixed it and kept telling me that it wasn't going to last. I refused to pay the $200.00 for this procedure as I had consulted with many Dentists in the area all of which confirmed that this was highly unusual. While these procedures do not last forever, they should last longer than a day or a month and a half.

Now I have found out that they put this charge on my credit against me. If I do not get any resolution from this I am taking them to small claims court. They've always been a bit pricey but this is out and out taking advantage of someone. I'm a social worker and do not make much a year nor do I have good dental coverage. Most of my dental costs come out of pocket.

I need to know if there is anyone in your organization that can help me with this! I am desperate and extremely angry. Yes, I have contacted them and they will not answer my letters any longer nor take my phone calls.
