ADT Security Services / unethical behaviour

I requested for technical support since the Home mode did not alarm after opening the door. The technician came today and was very rude to us, and he signed the work completion notice on my behalf in spite of telling to recheck the system one more time as there seems to be some loose contact. We did not expect this type of Behaviour from the ADT Tech Support. Now, we are scared of calling the Support guys to fix the issues.
