Ackerman Securities / bad service

My 4 yr old tripped the alarm, I tried to set the alarm it would not accept. Called ackerman (By the way it took them 8 mins to respond to the alarm going off) I asked for service, I was told we do not service equipment! Well, that's not what I was told 30 months ago. He responded - "for $18.95 monthly you're getting what you pay for" and hanged up the phone! Shame on you ackerman! Word in my sub-division will get around! Especially when the safety factor is talked about. 8mins for a call on a trip alarm!
