I had a dispute with a merchant and called them. They said we need to cancel your card and will send you a new card which they charged me $9.95 and then told me I would receive an email with the forms to dispute. I never received the email. I also noticed several months ago the amount of $89.00 was taken from my account. When I called them they stated they did not see that amount however it was taken out from my balance. Money just gone into thin air. They refused to refund the money.. I went on online to look for the transaction and it was not there. I am currently skeptical of them. I
