ABX Express / poor customer service & delay shipment

My parcel have reach abs subang jaya warehouse since 4/01/2017, until today arrangement for this parcel, i had call & email to customer service everyday but given same answer that parcel at abs and even advice me to collect myself... Is this shipping fees I paid for collect by myself.

Branch manager don't even return my call to update status. What is the reason setup customer service team where they don't even provide solution?
