Washing and drying machines in apartment complex don't work and steal residents' money, company not giving refunds. For the last few months, the washing and drying machines at 1240 NW 13th st in Boca Raton have been broken and keep taking residents' hard earned money. I've called the company many times to ask for a refund, as recommended by the property manager, but they never give a refund! The people who answer the phone take my info and say they'll "send a refund check through the mail," but it's been three months since the first problem and we haven't received anything at all. We keep dealing with these broken machines and the company keeps stealing our money. We're owed $21.25 so far and the problems keep happening. We want a full refund and the machines fixed so residents don't have to fight over the only working machines or get their money stolen. We'll keep trying to figure out what else we need to do to get these problems fixed. At the very least, this company needs to give us our stolen money back.
