I signed up with Servpro of Medina on May 7 to fix my home. They said it would take two weeks, but it took five months. They were in my house for eight months. The workers were not good at their job and broke things. They did jobs more than once and it was still bad. I paid $10,400 and the work was still bad. I am mad because they ruined my carpet and I have to pay $1500 to fix it.
