Deceptive practice
I registered for the one time fee of 59.00. When I put in my CC info and checked out. I was charged for a whole package of 259.00. That was not what was authorized. When I sent an email informing them of the fraudulent charges. They responded that was what I chose. So what they are doing is changing your basket at checkout.
1000% do not recommend!

Misinformation provided by ada assistance dog registry
On 02/26/2024, I was led to believe that It was necessary to register my dog as an emotional support animal by the abovementioned company for a price. That was not true as I discovered after researching the topic. According to misinformation the company provided on their website, it is not required to register an animal for emotional support. I've purchased $202.00 in products from them based on misleading data. I am taking steps to recoup my money while exposing this company for providing false information to consumers with disabilities. All that is needed is a letter from your PCP and nothing more. They never even mention this on their .com website.
Claimed loss: $202.00 for registration of pet, and kit items.
Desired outcome: Full Refund Immediately.

Registration Process Review: Worth the Effort for Assistance Dog Registration
The site seemed a bit funky to navigate around, but eventually, I found what I needed. It was a bit frustrating that there wasn't an option to upload documents directly to the site. But, hey, it is what it is. I did appreciate that they sent me an ID card in the mail though. The whole process took a bit longer than I anticipated, but I was happy I followed through with it. At the end of the day, I'm grateful for the help and support my assistance dog provides me every day. So even if the site isn't the easiest to use, it's worth the effort to get my furry friend registered.
