We hired Don in July and he said he'd start our pool in September
We hired Don in July and he said he'd start our pool in September. But we've been waiting all fall, winter, and now spring. He always has an excuse and it's hard to get in touch with him. Yesterday, he said he'd start today, but it's almost 11 a.m. and he's not here. We have pool stuff under our deck since September/October and he has a lot of our money. Don't hire him if you don't want to wait forever and lose your money.

Last year, we chatted with *** about getting a pool for our backyard. We even put down a grand deposit, but then COVID hit and everything got delayed until January . But, 2021 came and went, and we still hadn't heard anything from ***. We talked to *** on September 22, and she explained our worries, like how he never stayed in touch. According to their chat, the pool was supposed to start in March 2022, and he was supposed to contact us in January to finalize everything. But, we never heard from him. Finally, on May 13, *** reached out to him and said we changed our minds because of the lack of contact and the price going up from $50,000 to almost $75,000. She gave him our address, but we still haven't heard anything. On June 9th, she reached out again and said if we didn't hear from him by June 30th, we'd file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com. But, we still haven't heard anything or gotten our money back.
