Coleman Pools

We hired Don in July and he said he'd start our pool in September. But we've been waiting all fall, winter, and now spring. He always has an excuse and it's hard to get in touch with him. Yesterday, he said he'd start today, but it's almost 11 a.m. and he's not here. We have pool stuff under our deck since September/October and he has a lot of our money. Don't hire him if you don't want to wait forever and lose your money.

Last year, we discussed with a contractor about installing a pool in our backyard. We even put down a grand deposit, but then COVID hit and everything got delayed until January . However, 2021 passed without any updates from the contractor. We had a conversation on September 22, expressing our concerns about the lack of communication. The pool construction was scheduled for March 2022, with a January contact to finalize details, but there was silence. By May 13, we decided to cancel due to no contact and a price hike from $50,000 to $75,000. We provided our address for a refund, yet there was no response. On June 9th, we warned of a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint by June 30th without a reply, but still, our deposit remains unreturned.
