One position on sofa is being used, the back of the sofa at that position is losing color. Requested problem to be handled by Coleman, Coleman rep indicated Ashley had been contacted, help with problem denied, indicated issue caused by cleaning with harmful products. Only product touching this area is the shirt on my back. Has never been touched with cleaning products. Is either not a true Ashley product, or possibly a prior returned item, resold to me. Delivery made without any boxes.
Claimed loss: I have to look at the sofa every day, regret purchasing from Coleman at this point.
Desired outcome: Either replace the item, refund my purchase price, or fix the area.

The issue of Leather Upholstery losing color is related to the manufacturer. Leather should be colored, but often cheap Chinese manufacturers spray PVC material for getting the desired color. It will wear off within the year. Dealers often escape citing expiration of warranty. But it is not a warranty issue, it is a fraud. I had a similar issue with Macy's Leather sofa. The color started wearing off within a year. Upon complaining they also cited expiration of warranty. But the word had reached higher management and they saved their reputation by refunding me full 1000 dollars, the total price of one item
