Developer was very narrow minded and talk down to me without knowing my skill trade or education level. He could not accept that aspx could be hosted on a webserver (named iis) He even went as far as making me go find the documentation to prove it before telling me i was splitting his nerves (oh the pain it must have been to be subjected to someone who knew other languages) The document i found actually proved him wrong 26 times but he refused to acknowledge it. I asked why he spent so much time arguing if he didn't want to work. He made a smart comment and i called him something profane that he had coming for a long time. A moderator name Raleigh came rushing in and started berating me, he too dismissing every word i said. Also refusing to simply read what was so troubling, I was there to spend 1000 dollars and this guy was latched on to my every word trying to find any reason to justify being so defensive of his inept staff. Moral of the story is that this company has ZERO customer service skills or ability to handle a project in a professional manner - I would beware and treat it as a malicious site . With more focus on driving away a customer than pleasing one - i have no idea how they manage to be the chosen referrer of woocommerce - oh wait thats another story in itself...

Hired Codeable (codeable.io) to complete a Wordpress website that ended up having a total budget of around $15k. They promised in writing to have the site done within 8-10 weeks but after 8mo I finally pulled the plug because they bounced me around to (4) different developers and never got even close to getting it finished.

Their website says "100% Risk Free, money back guarantee" which frankly is the reason I choose them. However when I terminated my agreement for breach (after already paying roughly $10k) because they blew past every deadline without even acknowledging them. Then they had to never to claim it was all my fault because I requested too many changes. They can't however point out a single change request I made that was not already clearly defined in the requirements document I provided at the start of the project.

Codeable is a joke and does not provide support, they lie about the money back guarantee and they require their developers to charge a minimum of $60/hr for Wordpress work (which is very high BTW) but you never know what you are being charged because they don't report hours. Avoid these scam artists and don't buy into their false promises. They hire "whoever", have them do "whatever" and Codeable provides no real benefit whatsoever. All they do is get between developers and you so they can siphon off money for nothing.

They also don't have any centralized software and each dev has their own way of doing things. Some use Git, some do not. Some use Trello, others have no idea what that is. Some prefer to use email (which is awful for comm in a dev process) and others prefer to do calls. Regardless nothing is memorialized because the devs are all over the world, speak different languages, have difficulty communicating with one another and their is no consensus on what software management tools (if any) to use. It's like using post-its on the outside of a window to manage a mission critical application development environment. They are a joke and as unprofessional as they can be. Save your time and money, find a good wordpress developer on Upwork (all of their guys are on Upwork anyway) for $25-$30/hr and manage it yourself.

As of this writing Codeable still has my $10k, I have not used one line of their poorly written, amateur and incomplete code. I've moved on to a different developer and away from Wordpress and intend to get my money back one way or the other. In the meantime it is my goal to warn as many people as possible about these scam artists Codeable.io who misrepresent themselves and their developers so they can overcharge you and keep your money if they screw up the project, like they did on mine.
