I got Code Engineered Systems to put a shingle roof on my place at XXXX XXth *** Florida. They got a permit from Pinellas County but never finished it. I've been calling and complaining for 3 years and they keep saying they'll fix it but they never do.

I got a deal with Code Engineered Systems, Inc. to change my roof in August. The contractor, ***, told me to make a claim with my insurance . I got a proposal from the ins *** in September. The contractor told me to fight the proposal. But, after that, the contractor didn't answer my calls, texts, or emails. I tried to reach them many times, but no response at all.
We hired Code Engineers to do our roof
We hired Code Engineers to do our roof. We got solar panels on our crib. We told them it was urgent to get them back on so we wouldn't have to pay for both solar and electric. Dan said he could handle it. Then we were told we had to organize and schedule the take down/put up of our panels and pay extra fees even though Dan didn't say that at first. We did what we were told and the roof was put on the day after we scheduled & paid for the panels to come down. That was like two weeks ago. Now we're waiting for our final inspection so we can schedule our panels to be put back on. We've been given a bunch of numbers to call but no one answers. Dan's answers seem lazy and we're confused why we have to coordinate everything to finish this company's project.

Code Engineered Systems put in for a permit with the city of Tampa to replace our roof in 2016. The roof was done and paid for in 2017. We didn't have no issues with the roof itself. Lately, we was in the process of selling our crib and we was told that the permit for the roof was never closed out with the city of Tampa and had expired. The City explained that a new permit would need to be applied for by the roofing company and then the city would need to inspect the roof and close out the permit. I hit up Code Engineered Systems that day and let them know about the situation. They said that the next day a permit would be applied for and an inspection set up to close it out. About a month later I checked with the city to make sure the permit was applied for and on track for an inspection. A new permit had never been applied for and we were still faced with holding up the sale of our home. I hit up Code Engineered again and left messages over a period of 2 days with no response about resolving it. Product_Or_Service: New Tile Roof
