Sasha and team did a phenomenal job installing my windows. Not only did she get them in early the team is very professional and very well knowledgeable in the field. We also had doors done by her too. I would recommend them to anyone and she is always willing to answer any question I have. I've been shopping for Windows for nearly 6 years and finally found a person that's honest reliable and affordable. I would suggest her. If anybody has any questions you could always ask for me and I will tell you the truth. Sasha thank you!

Great company. Nichole was very knowledgeable about their products and very pleasant to work with. Good communication all around. The installation crew Rob and Allen were fantastic. Very clean and knew exactly what they were doing. Some drywall needed to be replaced so they left and bought some. Fixed the drywall and finished the job. The caulking around all the windows was perfect. Rob knows how to caulk. Highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Coastal Green Energy Solutions was A++ from start to finish. Nicole, our project manager, explained everything to us and the process followed everything she said. The windows arrived when promised. The installers, Roger and Gage, were professional, courteous and left everything spotless when they were done. And the windows are perfect in all respects including impeccable caulking.!

I had a good sales pitch, though these tend to go well. I asked if after install would they redo the stucco around the window? I was told if need be and I said no in fact I actually have some cracks and if they would address them around the window they would get the contract. it was verified by the boss and they assured me that 'Their guys know how to fix all damages on stucco if the install demands it' and so it wouldn't be a problem. All parties agreed and stated the work on the contract. I paid them a third as deposit. which is windows and stucco. When the window installers came, they were very efficient and professional but had not been informed about the stucco. Tomy P. and Joe F. were very kind young men and though it wasn't their job still tried to satisfy their client and do most of the stucco work themselves they also told me that they would soon send Chris H., a specialist since they didn't have enough stucco to finish the job, I paid them only another third since the job wasn't finished, I called Coastal Green as a courtesy and left 2 messages (they didn't pick up) while the crew was at my house to give them a status. I asked them to schedule the inspection and send Chris to finish the job upon which I clearly state I would then issue the last payment. The office staff called me the next day with a very rude tone. claimed not to have received any messages (I left 2) and stated that the money would be due at inspection, I corrected her and said the money was due upon job completion as clearly stated in the contract. She tried to bully me, and said no and that they would eventually send the stucco man later but that the money was due with the window inspection (good luck with that, the inspector has yet to come), she also said she wanted to see pictures, etc... really insulting. She even said I was yelling, I was not but she wouldn't let me say a word in edge wise and had to interrupt her - I guess to her that is equal to yelling, plus her tone was impossible. ... All she had to do is call and say: " Can we schedule the stucco man for you? The balance will be due upon the completion of the job, can you remit the check to our stucco specialist? It was a pleasure doing business with you" but I got none of that. I would have given the company a really bad grade but how can I when the staff who actually did the work were so kind, clean, attentive, and skillful. Chris H. sealed the experience by beautifully finishing the stucco, playing catch up and acting like a proper customer service relation - not his job and yet this one too he did very well ! What a shame that a rotten apple like the office staff could jeopardize a company's reputation like this. Would i risk going in business with Coastal Green again? What do you think!

I just got my windows installed by Coastal and Roger and crew did a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable and I cant thanked them enough. Comical and most of all friendly. Thank you COASTAL for my new windows. I feel safe now in my home from mother nature as well as a low electric bill and outside noise.

I just had Coastal Green Energy Solutions install new windows in my living room and bedrooms (which is the entire North and East sides of the house). They replaced my original mid-1950's windows. I am so thrilled! I can't believe the difference! It feels like a new home! So light and bright (and quiet). I'm excited to see the energy savings realized too! I was hesitant to invest in this upgrade but Erik snd Dan's presentation on the quality of their windows sold me. I'm so happy I moved on it and took the jump! It's worth every dollar! Also the installation guys were great! They were professional, did a great job and cleaned up afterward inside and out. If your considering new windows I highly recommend these guys. No high pressure, just honest information/suggestions and they're really nice guys as well. Oh my gosh I'm so happy!

Great company, I was a little worried in the beginning with COVID appearing during this install. However Nicole C. was fantastic during these unprecedented times and kept communication. Highly recommend!

Awesome company that was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. I like doing business with companies that make me feel as though I am important as a customer and not just another job, and these guys did that amazingly. Their prices were very competitive and their service is second to none!
