I ordered a canvas on July 5th, the order came in about 2 weeks but was completely shocked when I saw it. The canvas is made of a cheap quality print, it wasn't even a painting. Colors on the site were bright and vibrant, the color on the canvas is just a dull print and stapled onto the canvas. It was very expensive for their false advertisements.

I want to just throw it out as it's not worth reselling or to go through the painful process of returning items according to their unprofessional standards.

I recently had an unpleasant buying experience with ClockCanvas. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect and when I tried returning it within the 30-day return policy, I was met with some difficulty. The message I received instructed me to contact the company through their online contact site. However, even after doing so twice, I never heard back from them. It is a shame that this process left me feeling extremely frustrated and neglected as a customer. From my perspective, it seems as if I have been scammed. It is disappointing to have been let down by ClockCanvas in this manner and I am unsure if I will ever consider shopping with them again. It is essential that companies prioritize customer satisfaction and responsiveness in order to maintain a positive reputation and ensure customers are able to trust them in the future.

I caution anyone who is considering doing business with this company to avoid them at all costs. My own experience with ClockCanvas has left me feeling cheated and disappointed, and I wouldn't wish the same misfortune on anyone else.

As a consumer, I feel that ClockCanvas is not holding up their end of the bargain in terms of delivering their products in a timely manner, or providing any meaningful solution or customer support when faced with issues such as mine. My hope was to find a reliable and trustworthy vendor who values their customer and commitment to quality. However, I am left feeling that my trust has been misplaced, and that I am yet to receive the product or refund that I deserve.

After some back and forth with customer service, the best I could achieve was a refund of only 25%. Even with this partial refund, the price that I had paid for the product still felt unjustified when considering the quality that I received.

All-in-all, my experience with ClockCanvas was less than satisfactory. The hassle of having to return the product to Canada, coupled with the cheap quality of the canvases, left me feeling extremely disheartened. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality canvas pieces.

Although the website may present a complete photo of a diptic or triptic piece, be advised that each of these pieces must be ordered separately. The price for each item reflects only the cost of that individual piece. This can lead to some confusion upon checkout if you were expecting a complete set.

A friend of ours experienced this issue firsthand while attempting to order what they believed was a full butterfly picture online. Much to their disappointment, they only received a single piece upon delivery. It's difficult to display a butterfly with only one piece! To address their concerns, they contacted the company and were offered only a 20% refund. It's important to note that this does not reflect the full purchase price for a complete set.

To prevent these types of mishaps in the future, we suggest that ClockCanvas consider making their website more transparent by clarifying the order process for diptic or triptic pieces. Greater clarity would provide potential customers with a better understanding of the purchase process, reduce confusion at checkout, and ultimately lead to happier customers. ClockCanvas produces beautiful pieces that we think should be enjoyed by all, but a clearer system would help their art-loving clientele better showcase and enjoy these works of art in the long run!
