Cleo review: Cleo builder card and account

Do not use them, they seem great at first but watch them because they steal your money. I was depositing $750 on my card by direct deposit. Yet they still took $97.00 for no reason. While trying to get my refund for a week, i had went to the atm where i had $190 on my card i was trying to remove because i was getting the run around over and over about getting my 97.99 which was by all rights flat out taken from me. While at the atm i entered the pin wrong a few times, which they suspended my card. Let me tell you getting a human on the phone WILL NOT HAPPEN, your forced to use the chat option after bi-passing the aggressive AI, and even then you wait hours and hours for anyone to respond. Since they took it upon themselves to lock me out of my account and my money was not accessible, i sent a message telling them i was tired of the bs, i was going to contact the bbb and attorney general if something is not done immediately. Receiving the same bs runaround statement and response ive received 4xs now , i sent a more aggressive message and they decided to completely lock me out of being able to contact anyone through chat, my card was missing from my digital wallet and my $190 vanished. So aside from, i cannot tell you how many, reoccurring payments all at different amounts taken from me that they had no right to take, now almost $300 of my MY PAYROLL check via direct deposit they flat out stole...and there's nothing you can do. Nothing ! They are crooks and dont be blinded by the allure and temptation they dangle in front of your face, steer clear there is other apps out there. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered and would like to see the the company shut down.
