No customer service phone number, but an email. I have started using your shampoo and conditioner and love both. I also just had a spa treatment at my new salon, which I loved. After reading numerous positive reviews on some of your other products and spending an hour or more watching website videos, I still had a few questions on proper usage for my specific needs. I sent an email with three very detailed and very easy questions to answer on the six additional products I was planning on purchasing. I got back a canned response with the full webpage descriptions of each and every product that I intended to buy, and then some! So, I went to the "chat with an expert" link on the webpage, and after filling out the required form describing my hair, I again got a very detailed, form response with the same webpage information I had now read three or four times. Thank you, but no thank you. I will stick with Rodan and Fields, which is a bit pricier, but comes with amazing personal customer attention.

Would give them zero if I could. Scalp irritation and hair loss!

This product is horrible! It has destroyed my hair! I have lost about 50% of hair and it is breaking off like crazy.

Had to cancel an order and reorder due to one of the items being set up as a subscription. It has been two weeks now and I still haven't received a refund, despite reaching out to them multiple times now.

I have been using olaplex products for about a month and a half. My hair is breaking off all over. I contacted the company and they told me they can't do anything without my receipts for the product I bought.

I have lost over half my hair since using Olaplex 4 and 5. Yes I used as directed, no there is nothing medically wrong with me, no I do not bleach or highlight my hair. This damage was 100 percent caused by this product.

Product broke hair shaft. Changed my hair texture and removed color from hair strand (my hair is not color treated). Hair is also unbelievably dry. Asked for full refund and was given a partial refund. Company said it was due to overuse of their products and yet I was using shampoo and conditioner - which says for daily use.

Deserves zero stars. I have lost 75% of my hair from 5 months of use of number 3. The remaining hair is damaged and breaking leaving me with no hair. It has been 2 months since I stopped all use and I am still shedding massive amounts of hair. Damage includes breakage, rough and straw like hair texture, it lifted all color on my hair, scalp issues and irritation. Also my menstrual cycle has changed during the time of use of this product. I have lost and damaged all my hair and I have not used any heat, any colors or dyes or any other hair treatment. This is the most upsetting thing and has taken a grave toll on my Mental health.

After a few applications of using the product my scalp became dry and itchy. It started as light dryness but quickly progressed to unmanageable and embarrassing dandruff that left crusty patches on my scalp. I also began losing a significant amount of hair - different from my typical amount of daily shedding. The scalp itchiness intensified to the point of waking me up at night and I started to notice an uncomfortable tingling and burning throughout the day, along with significantly more hair loss. I discontinued use and sought the help of my dermatologist who provided me with two prescriptions to help with the dryness and itchiness. The prescriptions helped clear the flakes and dryness but I still have intense burning and hair loss. I have no idea if the hair loss will ever stop or if this is permanent and I am devastated. After writing the company I did receive a refund for the products but I am left with a damaged scalp, hair loss, and embarrassment. I share this review to inform others and also in hopes that these products will eventually be tested by another party for safety.
