I cannot recommend this store under any circumstances. They sold me a code for O365 Family that didn't work. After making the purchase, it turned out that I couldn't bundle it with my European order, but had to wait for the previous one to expire (I received instructions about this a month later, which wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase). I had to wait for the previous order to expire, and then this code no longer worked because it had apparently been "sold" on. At this point, the store argued that it had been over six months, so it was my loss.
The discussion with the store is just a delaying tactic, where they try to avoid their own responsibility. Of course, they haven't even bothered to respond to the last two messages. What can you do when the store is registered in an area where consumers probably have no rights?
I won't be buying any more products from them, so all I can do is leave a disappointed customer review and suffer a loss of over €60. So if you want to avoid the same fate, my recommendation is DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
