I was rude first because of the way they treated me freezing my account after I requested cashout for the money I earned and get this they allowed me to request the amount I earned and told me it would take 3 business days before it would hit my PayPal however when I logged in 3 days later nothing this is what happened Superpayme.com was horrible experience horrible and rude customer service super confusing and when it's time to cash out your small incentive totally $1.00 they give you a issue about verification that was already completed during the time you signed up to the site but they want to ask you ridiculous security questions they never told you or discuss with you up front about they wait until you need to redeem your money this is sick don't waste your time here is this verification process to redeem your small $1.00 that also will be fees took with PayPal seriously a waste of time

Update*** I reported them to the FBI. I suggest others do the same and maybe a case can be built or they will shut the site down! For all we know they could be scamming to raise funds for unsavory organizations!. They definitely are scamming because when I questioned them politely they shut me out from communicating with them.

I signed up,, made a few bucks then took the money out. I made more money then tried to take it out and was called a cheater and they kept my little $15 that I earned. I asked what's the deal? (BTW, if I earned $100 or any amount they would've kept that as well!) They said I had an old account still open which is against the rules. Well, ok but why wait until I save up money to tell me, and not give the money? But whatever, moving along they closed the current account so that I can only use the old one (2 accounts open and they call u a cheater even If you're not using 1 of the old accounts). Now the problem is I cannot log out of this "cheater account" and I am virtually stuck. Helpdesk is clueless. They keep saying to login to the other account and the conversation just goes in circles. They do pay but with an incompetent helpdesk and faulty system you won't get far here. Look at the video, it's like a horror movie that I cannot escape. And yes I cleared cookies and cache'.

Superpay.me is a complete scam! Don't waste your precious time on this platform. I spent countless hours reading reviews and completing surveys, and for what? Only to earn a measly $10. It's truly a waste of time.

The worst part is that when you finally try to redeem your money, they block your account! It's so frustrating to spend all this time earning money only to have it taken away from you in the end. It's as if they don't want anyone to actually make any money on their platform.

Even when you do manage to earn money, it's hardly worth it. You have to watch videos and ads for a whopping 8 hours just to earn a mere 10 cents. Who has that kind of time?

Superpayme is not legit. I was using it for around six months and had nothing but trouble with them. They blocked my account a bunch of times and said that I was cheating, but I wasn't doing anything wrong. Yo, so I tried to get my $2.90 from Superpay.me on Aug. 14,2020, but they put my account on hold and said they need to verify my work before they activate it again. I mean, what the heck, I already completed the tasks and earned that money fair and square, but now they want to hold onto it and make me wait for 30-60 days until their advertisers verify it. It's frustrating, man. I attached a picture to show you what I mean.

Honestly, this Superpay site ain't all that. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone, just like how I wouldn't suggest Survey Junkie. They're both major scams that just get all your info and spread it around to random people without even asking you. It's downright ridiculous! You just can't trust any of these survey companies out here because they're all fake and just want to waste your time and money. I mean, seriously, why do they even need a third party involved? You should have a say in who gets your info, and these sites clearly don't care about that. It's really absurd how they try to trick you like it's all legit when really it's a major shame scam. Don't waste your time with Superpay.

So let me tell you about SuperPay.me. I did some work for them and earned a nice little sum of 19.5 dollars. I was pretty happy about it and wanted to cash out my earnings, but that's when things took a turn for the worse. They told me that my account needed to be verified before I could receive my payment. I asked them why, but they didn't respond to me which was pretty frustrating. After 30 days, I decided to check with them again and see what was up. They told me that I needed to wait another 30 days before they could do anything.

I didn't really understand why I needed to wait so long, but I followed their instructions and waited patiently. After 30 days had passed, I checked with them again, and was shocked to find out that my account had been permanently banned. Not only that, but they had also taken my earnings of 19.5 dollars! Can you believe it?

I messaged them to ask why they had deleted my account without any warning or explanation, but I didn't receive a response. It's just unbelievable how they treated me. To put it simply, they are the best thieves ever!
