Cobone, man, they really let me down. I was all excited to book a yacht, you know, live the high life for a day. So I go on their website and they say they can make the reservation for me, no problem. I'm like, sweet, let's do this. So I buy the voucher and wait for confirmation.

But then, the service provider calls me up and says they never heard from Cobone about my reservation. What the heck, man? I thought they had it all sorted out. So I call up Cobone and ask what's going on. And let me tell you, the lady on the phone was not happy to hear from me. She was all rude and stuff, like it was my fault or something. And then she just hangs up on me! Can you believe it?

So now I'm stuck with this useless voucher and no yacht to show for it. And to top it all off, Cobone won't even give me a refund. They just keep saying it's not their fault and I should have read the fine print. Like, come on, man, who reads the fine print? I just wanted to have a good time, you know?

When I arrived at the salon, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't have the gel nail extensions that they had advertised. Instead, they offered me a Gellish manicure and hair color. Since I didn't need a hair color, I opted for just the manicure and pedicure. However, the quality of their products and service was so poor that the next day, the gellish polish started peeling off. I felt like I had been scammed.

While I didn't complain to Cobone again, I do think that they should have a way to vet their merchants. It's not fair to customers to advertise services that they can't offer. It's a scam and it's ripping people off. I hope that Cobone takes steps to ensure that their merchants are honest and transparent in their advertising.

I later found out that the van was for their option 2 promo, which was only 52 AED. I wish I had known this beforehand, as there was no difference between the two options.

To make matters worse, our driver was extremely short-tempered and made the trip a nightmare. He insulted my dad, who was seated in the front seat with him, and demanded that he adjust the side mirrors in a rude manner. When my dad asked me to take a picture of a paper he was holding because he wasn't wearing his glasses, the driver shouted at him and accused him of being a difficult tourist. I had to shout back at the driver to defend my dad, which made the situation even more unpleasant.

To add insult to injury, PAYLESS TOURISM was unresponsive to my booking confirmation requests. I had booked the activity a month in advance, and a guy named Ali assured me that I would receive a confirmation email before the booked date. However, I never received it, and when I called to follow up, Ali told me to calm down instead of addressing my concerns.

Overall, my experience with Cobone and PAYLESS TOURISM was awful. The activity didn't even cover all the inclusions promised in the deal, and the customer service was terrible. I would never use Cobone or PAYLESS TOURISM again, and I strongly recommend that they attend a training on good customer service.

So, I went to La Beautique Ladies Beauty Salon last Friday, June 02,2017 to try out the services that I had purchased on Cobone. I was really excited to try out the services that were included in Option 3, which included a Brazilian Keratin Treatment, Full Hair Color, Mini Facial, Neck and Shoulder Relaxation, and Eye Brow Threading. Before heading to the salon, I made sure to read all of the details and guidelines that were included in the voucher.

However, when I arrived at the JLT Metro Station, I couldn't find Cluster Q - Dubai Gate 1, which was the address that was stated in the voucher. I was lucky enough to have data on my phone, so I was able to search for their real address, which was "Walking Distance to DAMAC Metro Station and "NOT" take note "NOT" JLT Metro Station." When I finally arrived at the salon, I introduced myself and told them which services I wanted.

To my surprise, the Filipina woman who was working there told me that the voucher I had purchased was not actually for a Brazilian Keratin Treatment, but instead it was only for a hair mask. I was really disappointed because I had specifically chosen Option 3 because it included a Brazilian Keratin Treatment. When I asked her why it wasn't included, she told me that it was because it was too expensive to be included in the voucher. I was really frustrated because if it was too expensive, then it should not have been advertised as part of the package.

To make matters worse, the woman also told me that there was an additional charge for the full hair color if my hair was not shoulder length. This was really confusing because the voucher clearly stated that there would be an additional charge if the hair was more than 18 inches long, and my hair was only about 13-14 inches long. I didn't know who to believe - the salon or the voucher.

In the end, I decided to take out one of the services because the salon said that it was not possible to substitute any of the services, even though the voucher clearly stated that it was. I was really disappointed with the whole experience, and I felt like I had wasted my money on a voucher that did not deliver what it promised.

Cobone, I really hope that you will take action against salons like La Beautique Ladies Beauty Salon who are offering fake services. It's really a shame that they are destroying your good reputation and the main purpose of your company.
