One of my financial institutions merged with Civic. It has been a nightmare! Only one general number to call. I do not live anywhere near a branch where i can go in. In addition, I'm a senior citizen who has always had excellent service with previous institution that merged along with my other current financial institutions. I am attempting to close out ALL my accounts one at a time and LEAVE Civic. This credit union does NOT deserve to care for and maintain your money! Run away!

Recommendation: do NOT join this credit union
