Civic Federal Credit Union review: Missing funds from my account ( 1 comment)

This so-called Credit Union is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. There is $500.00 missing from my account. I have been calling almost daily. No one can explain who authorized a $500.00 transaction that appears to be a transfer. All I simply want to know is Who authorized it and where was it transferred too? I have calling since July 7, 2025. I called one day, the recording stated that my wait time would be 8 hours and 17 minutes. (what?) The customer service so called specialist are all incompetent! I predict this so-called credit union will go under because like myself I am going to sue. I am on a fixed income monthly and $500.00 out of my budget means a lot to me. I need my money!
