I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent visit to your facility 11/03/25 on [Date. During this visit, I sought medical attention for my left eye. Unfortunately, since that appointment, my symptoms have worsened rather than improved.

I am particularly concerned that I am now being asked to return for another consultation, which requires an additional copay. Given that my condition has deteriorated after following the advice provided during my last visit, I feel that this additional charge is both unfair and burdensome.
