City Link Express (S) — inbound parcel delivery
One of the worst delivery company i've come across.
The actual hq is in malaysia, in singapore, it's just a distribution to 3rd parties deliveries.
3rd party delivery without notification of any sort, thus missed.
3rd party called me and was extremely rude that why I wasn't home to wait, expecting me to wait 24/7 no knowing which day or time.
Called city link express at least 30 times, with only one successful answered but staff was extremely unhelpful.
Refused to follow up and claimed that item dispatch to 3rd party, so it's not their responsibility any more!
But they were the official shipper for my parcel from china.
After much hassle, only gave me hp for 3rd party delivery.
And as expected, refused to answer or reply my text requesting for time & date for delivery!
It's being 5 days since and still unable to track or trace my parcel.
This is one experience that I hopes that whoever reads this complain, remember this company.

worst ever experience with this damn courier service, the delivery guy just throw my parcel on the floor and dont care what inside. i got my things damage .seriously, what kind of service are you doing ???

This is the worst courier. Cause when I checked my parcel on their website it's say your address are invalid. Then I called the customer services and they say the sender don't know my address. If they don't know my address WHY they don't contact me. The parcel have my phone number. The sender are LAZY to send my parcel and contact me. Please improve your services and took this matter seriously.

Issue
1. On 20th Jan, our documents collect by your Nilai Branch for Docket ref: [protected] and only reach customer on 23th Jan at about 3:30pm.
Reason was given due to Heavy Rain in Nilai which we check there is no rain on that particular day. Fyi, Our office location not far from Nilai.
2. On 27th Jan, our documents collect by your Nilai Branch for Docket ref: [protected] for delivery to our customer in Shah Alam.
However documents was delivery to your Klang branch by mistake but until today dated 28th Jan our documents still not reach to our customer.
3. Difficulties to get through your Nilai branch office contact no : [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and your main line 03-[protected] . Your phone line engage at all time
Please look into this matter seriously and revert your comments with corrective action to prevent your service failure not happen again infuture.
I am really disappointed and furious with this company. This is not the first time. I always email and asked about the courier update previously, but nobody keen to respond and reply.
5th August I sent information to their staff. She called me, asking me to arrange an earlier time for pick up. She did mention 6th August BUT I told her my pen needs logo printing and can only finish printing by 8th August.
I arrange to pick up at 2.30pm, she even told me pick up service will close at 3pm, left with 30min, they might not pick up on that day. She even say if it can be in the morning will be good. So I pay extra urgent fees to my supplier by asking them to complete by Friday morning. She even asked me if morning, my courier can reach on 9th August (Saturday). I asked her are you working this Saturday? She say half day, but I say it's public holiday. She asked me am I working on Saturday as well, I told her I can be in the office if she needs me to.
This morning I happily email her an updated timing which I switched to 11am, asking her can it reach on 11th August. She say earliest is on 12th August! She even answered me "I DIDN'T CALL YOU YESTERDAY!" I would like to ask, Is this the way they serve their clients? Is this the way they answer their client by pushing away all the responsibilities and promises? If you really cannot do it, just tell me directly yesterday ; by wasting my time pleasing my supplier to rush for me and wasting my money by paying OT/URGENT fees to rush my pen. I told Ms.JULIE more than once that my pen cannot be completed today, why is she still asking me to arrange pick up service today?Is there something wrong with her understanding? If I can arrange earlier pick up service, why wouldn't I arrange? STUPID COMPANY!
I ordered on DHGate and delivery via JCEX. Tracking stated that shipping received 2 days ago! And I've been home for past 2 days. I emailed JCEX and they gave me Citylink contact. The phone rings and someone picks up the phone and SLAMS IT DOWN without answering 3x! How ridiculous! You can't set up some form of phone system?! I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they only start work at 10am and try calling again in 5 mins ...

My parcel was lost and they even care to update you the status! At least to tell me what action they will do, but they never did!
Delivery is very very slow!
Pls refrain from using them, you will ruin your reputation if you are a online sellers!!!
I totally agree. WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER. Never use citylink express. I came across so many websites criticising this company. Did not deliver my parcel as promised and it is impossible to get through to them. It is very much like they literally go missing. What kind of service is this???? No calls, no updates when parcel did not arrive. I think they simply do not care. Citylink Express Singapore just cannot be trusted.
Someone in the same industry should be able to pick up all the lost customers of Citylinkexpress
. The reason that they are still in business with such bad reputation
must clearly point to the fact they must have something that some people
still need. But personally, I have to agree that it is not a well run
company, and that is precisely why it had such bad service. No one cares
about the customers because there is just no one to complain to ( you
can try). You can complain all you want but nothing will be done. You
can leave all the messages, you can be promised that they will get back
to you ( and take down your number ), but 1 week later and you will
still be waiting. You can try to contact the manager...haha...he is
just as bad or doesn't exist. If you have a choice...use someone else.If
you have high blood pressure or heart problem, do not attempt to call
them over the phone. It will surely give you an attack.I have to go
into a state of meditation before I try to call them for a pick up.
Sometimes I do suspect they may just be under staffs, but over time I
am convinced that it is more lack of supervision. The drivers and
delivery personnel are not really the problem, the hotline
staffs I think are way below par industry wise. The bosses of this
company is sleeping...so it is no wonder the staffs are also sleeping.
My worries goes up to the sky reading your comments. lol.. Targetted the goods arrive last saturday, perhaps they cant make it since half day. then monday, which yesterday they called and said need to pay tax upon delivery to house, and delivery wil be done tomorrow. at 3pm today (delivery day) no news. then i called they said tomorrow. i said no tomorrow, i want it today! i said ok, let me pick it up my self at KLIA, they said cannot, already loading in the truck. i said if in the truck you should deliver it. they said driver MC. they ask me to go to Saujana Putra office to collect after 6pm.. i am not really sure whether they tell me the right things. Call the customer service, they said ooh your parcel schedule to deliver tomorrow. i am kind of sick of listening, 'tomorrow..!!' I am doing business, i have been delaying delivery to my customer since last weekend. i am totally pissed off! I hope my case will not be like Shikin whom waiting for 11 days already..
Worst courier service ever! Given choices, will never use their services. Checked using tracking number, the item arrived at Kulim 11 March 2014 up until today, 20 March 2014 still has not arrived. I called nicely up until gaduh sana...gaduh sini.. call HQ.. talked with bunch of people... promised immediate arrival, up until this typing not arrived yet. Plus i was scolded back by the person in charge "you are not our only customer!!"
I've been waiting for 10 days for the item...now I'm the customer...who has been waiting for 10 days...promised to arrive today by 1.30 (now already 3.20).. should stay calm and cool about it?!!! Citylink express... you sucks... big time!!! Unlucky for me Shaklee use you...it it's up to me... never ever!!

TOTALLY AND CANNOT AGREE MORE. This is the worst delivery company I ever across too. Even the cheaper one like Chinapost is so much better though it takes a longer time. At least when the parcel arrives in MALAYSIA.This one might just end up "NOT GETTING YOUR PARCEL AT ALL".
My parcel from China has not been delivered for about 1 month. I called thier customer service over a period of 2 weeks and they agreed to check and call me back BUT NEVER EVER call back once. I call again and again and they give me CRAP excuses . I asked them if they have misplaced my parcel, NO ANSWER. AS usual, they said they will check (very rude attitude) and quickly cut off my line. CRAP SERVICES. ( The tracking no : [protected] ) Shipment Collected on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at SHENZHEN, CHINA, PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC . Then Friday, October 18, 2013 Arrived at Import Hub, KLIA HUB, MALAYSIA . Normally will i can received parcel in 4 or 5 days. But now already October 24, 2013. I called city link customer service, They ask me call KLIA MALAYSIA. After i call KLIA MALAYSIA, they said my parcel NOT YET FORWARD TO KLIA MALAYSIA. So?? WHERE IS MY PARCEL NOW? REALLY CRAP SERVICES!!
