I am too a victim of the rudra vihar phase II project . Registration is done but patta is in other's name as same time the land was sold and registered with 2 people. The other person has applied for patta earlier than me and patta got into his name. I am not sure it is a flaw in the law or problem is from CITICON ENGINEERING LTD.
Buying land from Citicon Engineers was a great experience! I received my paperwork in a timely manner and everything was organized and easy to follow.
