This is my first rental property experience and Denali Real Estate was a great company to work with. They were able to do paperwork in a timely fashion and very nice to work with. I do wish there was a secured lockbox for deposits/online payment for the future.

We have been leasing a house managed by Denali for the last 6 1/2 yrs. They have been nothing but professional and have helped us out during some difficult times. They are quick to respond and resolve issues quickly. I would highly recommend them for any housing leasing or sales needs.

DO NOT EVER *** AT DENALI. He did not return my deposit for *** the building. I have a friend who rented from him 3 years ago with the same problem. Do not do business with this company.

1 word. Slumlord. Everyone in the industry and/or ancillary industries who provide services related thereto who have interacted with Denali will confirm this status. I can only imagine the reason his license (the broker here) hasn't been dinged and/or revoked is because people are too afraid to report him/are shielding their credit rating.

Denali Real Estate and their amazing team are the best out there! I have never worked with a more attentive, professional, and supportive property management service! I needed a rental very quickly at a lower-than-average price and they have exceeded my expectations! I now have a beautiful rental in a convenient and safe area and I could not be more pleased!

Michael and his team have managed our property in Arizona for 10 years this summer. Honestly one of the single best business decisions I have ever made! They handle every detail no matter how small or trivial seeming... to large and important and they satisfy our tenant's expectations always. From my perspective Denali is an outstanding property management company.

Only one person can sign for mail, and only one person can deposit checks. Our checks for the past 2 month's rent have still not been deposited. I get a Payment Due notice every day, demanding payment for the checks they already have!Don't bother trying to leave a voice mail, "Mail box is full."It took weeks to get needed repairs done.The owner of the property has not been paid for 2 months.

Denali denied my application because my animals are too young(esa) no where in the application did it say to provide documentation, nor do the rent qualifications say pets are a case by case basis, nor did the girl who sent me the email stating i was disqualified for young pets even ask for any documentation. Please see my *** review comment i included pictures for proof. Very unprofessional company.

This company was a dream to work with! This is my boyfriend and Is first time renting a home and every representative that we can in contact with was so friendly and helpful. We both work busy schedules so they allowed our families to view the property on our behalf which meant the world to us. With the rental market in this state, we had relatively low expectations but they really took the time to assist and support us however we needed. In such uncertain times, this was certainly a breathe of fresh air! We look forward to working with Denali Real Estate and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Denali will not return correspondence regarding returning my deposit and are exposing their client (homeowner) to a lawsuit. They are now 25 business days past the day we moved out (and did the walk-through) and after speaking with the *** Landlord and *** I was advised to hire a lawyer they recommended. After they reviewed the lease and all email correspondence - The lawyer said that they are in clear violation of A.R.S 33/13. The lawyer also told me that they have problems with Denali all of the time for not returning deposits, not responding, and not fixing maintenance issues. All of these problems came after they charged me for all kinds of maintenance issues that happened just after I moved in. They blamed me the maintenance issues and charged me even when their vendor said they weren't my fault. They also did not do a walk through when I moved in, provide a check list or any of the normal steps. When I moved out - I had the house professionally cleaned, the carpets professionally cleaned, I replaced the blinds and took photographs of it. I have seen on all of these threads Denali likes to blame the tenant for any of the things they complained about saying things like "they trashed the place" etc... I can send photos to anyone that would like to see.
