Cricut review: Horrible company

I bought a Circut Joy2 from company I received it on Aug 14th a Friday afternoon got it out got box and problems started right away I tried to call I tried to chat with the company and it said no one was available to reach out M-F I emailed then called on the 15th then the 16th finally got a hold of some one, I sent videos and pictures and was told Joy2 was defectived and they would send me a return label I still have not received the return label and now I have a defectived machine that I can not return because they want send me a return label. and other machine that I do not want, I cancelled my desgin space subscription and they will not let me remove my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY AND DO NOY BUY THE JOY 2. I have tons more emails from and to Circut about this issue
