LoveBook Ordered on Feb 2nd for delivery on Feb 13th

Ordered on Feb 2nd for delivery on Feb 13th. Paid extra for rushed delivery. Arrived Feb 21st. Emailed 3 times, called 4 times with no contact back. A second book arrived today, but whaI want is a refund for the expedited shipping. Missed Valentines Day and my Anniversary. They will take my $73 immediately but don't have the courtesy to call or email. Do not waste your money.

LoveBook I had ordered a book on July 13, 2020 and was supposed to arrive July 23, 2020

I had ordered a book on July 13, 2020 and was supposed to arrive July 23, 2020. After I ordered it I received a receipt that was sent to my email and said that they would let me know when they would ship the book. So it's already June 23 and it has not arrived. Plus I have checked on the order status online and it says 'canceled.' I never cancelled the order and my payments did go through. I have sent them at least two messages and called and left voice messages about two times and have not heard back. I payed $65.72 and I really need to know where the book is and I want it to be delivered, please.

LoveBook I placed my order for a book from this company on December 30, 2020

I placed my order for a book from this company on December 30, 2020. On January 5, 2021, I received a notification stating that my order was complete and ready for shipment. However, it has been more than two weeks since I received that message, and UPS has not yet received the package. LoveBookOnline has also not confirmed that they have shipped it. Moreover, the phone number they provided is incorrect. The first time I called, I was asked if I had a family member over the age of 50 living with me, and then I was transferred to a medical help center. When I called again, it said "We cannot receive your call from this area," even though we are both located in the continental United States.

LoveBook I had ordered a book

I had ordered a book. I paid the extra for express delivery that was supposed toarrive April 2nd since I placed the order in specific time frame they Gave. The book did not arrive until Tuesday April 6th. Not to mention the only way to contact customer service was to write thea message in which they say will be responded to within 24 hours. I tried contacting them a couple of times without a response at all. I finally rexieved my book. Pages were stuck together and I also never rexieved the cover I paid extra for. When I yet again go to contact the company there was no longer an option to even message them and never rexieved a response or money back. I atleast want my money back for express shipping and also my money back for the missing cover. I do not know how to resolve this issue. The company makes it impossible. But they were very quick to charge my credit card though. Please help me. Thank you
