On November 10, 2018, I approached the Cinnabon Bakery #289 location at Cumberland Mall. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I ordered a regular Oreo & Cream Chilatta with extra ice. My order number was # [protected]. Anaya took my order and was told by a frustrated associate that he could not comple my order because asking for extra ice would "mess up his measurements". I then asked if there was someone else that could complete my order because I'd ordered this many times before. I was then told by associate Katrina that my order would "mess up" their blender. I then simply asked for a refund. With an attitude, Katrina gave me a refund and did not even bother to apologize. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of interest to better assist me.
