This company won't take my address off their US Mail marketing program. I get mail I didn't ask for every week. I've sent the mail back to the sender a bunch of times, but it keeps coming. I get two pieces of mail every week, one for me and one for nobody in particular. It's a real invasion of my privacy, and I'm gonna get the ComplaintsBoard.com involved to make them stop bothering me.

Chuck Hughes, the guy behind the "Inner Circle," is a real piece of work. I bought his product on 2/20 from this dude named Scott. I shelled out a good chunk of change for the membership, but now I'm regretting it big time.

I've tried reaching out to Chuck, or should I say his lackey ***, through email and phone calls. But this *** is playing hardball. He's telling me that I "docu-signed" for the membership, so tough luck on getting a refund. And get this, even if I don't make a dime, they won't consider giving me my money back until a whole year has passed. Can you believe that?

I did some digging and found out that I'm not the only one who got scammed. There are tons of folks on "[redacted]" who are just as ticked off as I am. It's a downright shame that they're preying on unsuspecting senior citizens like me. It's a total fraud, plain and simple.

So, take my advice and steer clear of Chuck Hughes and his "Inner Circle." Save your hard-earned cash for something worthwhile, because this is nothing but a scam.

I bought the *** threat *** program from Chuck Hughes on 5/11. My order number is trx-XXXXXXXXX and I paid in two *** of ***. First payment was on 5/20 and the second one on 6/11, which added up to $1,497. The triple threat trader program by *** told me to choose one, two, OR three trades. I spoke with Chip at *** and he told me that I had to place all three trades for the program to work, after I purchased it. However, the program itself stated that I had the option of buying one or multiple trades. Then Chip told me to paper trade, even though the program clearly said that no experience was needed, just follow the alerts and choose whichever option I wanted, this OR that, without buying all the trades for the program to be profitable. I would like a refund for the triple threat trader program. They promised a money back guarantee if I didn't make a certain amount of money in a certain period of time. But I couldn't make a profit because I couldn't choose all of the trades. Customer service said they would transfer me to another program, but I want a *** of ***.

I signed up for Chuck Hughes' service and they didn't charge my credit card until the seven-day cancellation period had passed. I did request to cancel within those seven days, but they refused. My mom was able to double her money in the six months before the Corona Virus hit, so I thought it was a good time to sign up. However, Chuck Hughes' service only casually mentioned the option to "get out of a trade with a small 20% loss," without considering how much the market had changed. As novice traders, we didn't exit until our losses reached 60-70%. The salespeople who pressured us into signing up were actually subcontractors. I provided my credit card information when I signed up, but no charges were made until after the seven-day period. I had a conversation with the organization's second-in-command within those seven days, and he agreed to put my account "on hold." Two weeks later, when I decided I definitely wanted a refund, the subcontractor called me unethical. That's when I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunately, I lost the dispute because my request wasn't made within the original seven-day period. Here's a thought: cancellations would likely be much higher once money has been paid. And since money is essential for an agreement to be enforceable, shouldn't the seven-day right to cancel start after the payment is made? I'm currently appealing the credit card company's decision, and although I'm not a lawyer, I believe that delaying the credit card charge until after the cancellation period expires could be considered fraud.
