Wow! *** was absolutely amazing! He was there to answer all my questions and clear up any confusion. He was so friendly and treated me with so much respect. He seemed to understand my hardships and was so willing to find me a solution. Honestly if *** would not have helped me out I would not have signed up for this program. He went above and beyond all expectations I had going to this, in fact I almost backed out several times because of my confusion I had and *** was there walking with me the whole time. Absolutely amazing. For the first time in a long time I feel like I am equipped for financial success.

Sharing my experience with Rescue One Financial is my pleasure. *** knowledge was obvious that he had years of experience with this company. That's a good thing when employers retain their employees. I was a bit hesitant because I didn't want the debt relief, yet JJ maintained his high level of professionalism and stated that if I changed my mind, I had his number. Then I started asking questions. I learned a lot! And, for a gentleman to have the customer service skills of a receptionist just knocks my socks off! I was just talking to my daughter 2 days ago about I I felt like I just couldn't catch up with my bills. Although I was never late, it just seemed as if it all got away from me, quickly! Then Saturday I get my mail, and there was my answer... RescueOne! I went to the website, filled out the short info page, and Monday morning I got a phone call from an absolutely pleasant young lady, ***! She guided me through this process so efficiently, and effectively... I feel like a huge weight is lifted! She answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to move forward, I really can't thank *** enough, she was absolutely awesome!

I was skeptical and Hesitant in making this phone call due to the overwhelming stress and embarrassment of finding myself in this position. After doing so though, the professionalism and calm, supportive, and knowledgable direction and conversation with Representative *** helped me immediatley feel some of the heavy stress being relieved from my shoulders. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner and guided me on a better path to getting rid of all my huge debts which was going nowhere. I called to get a loan to consolidate my bills and have a smaller monthly payment. My financial consultant was ***. She was unable to get me a loan but offered this alternative payoff option. She has been very helpful in my enrollment process. She helped me through the entire process and explained any questions that I had. Once enrolled she even followed up to make sure that the enrollment was complete and if I had any questions. Ms. made sure that I had all the contact information if a question of issue came up. I would like to say that she was extremely understanding and empathetic to my situation. She was a great help in the resolution to my hardship. I feel extremely lucky in having her as my financial consultant.

This has been a great experience so far, even though today was just the first step. I am hopeful for the future and I am so ready to rise up from this scary and overwhelming debt that I've accrued. *** was fantastic, and always offered to help answer any of my many questions. has been extremely knowledgable in explaining the program to me including all the steps necessary to financial recovery. He was also extremely patient and flexible with me in terms of maintaining regular communication since I work the night shift and it can be very difficult to contact me at times during the day. Would 100% recommend this program to anyone that cannot seem to make any headway in their debt. I just started the program about a month ago and the support I've received from everyone has been phenomenal. It does require a little patience and wherewithall in the beginning as you will definitely be persuaded by your creditors/bill collectors not to do this so they continue to get payments and interest out of you. And your creditors/bill collectors will call you a lot until you're enrolled in this program and they can no longer bother you. But everyone at Rescue One is willing to help with that and it is so worth it!

I have just enrolled in the program and the representative I spoke with and the one that is assisting me through my situation is *** He has been extremely helpful and explained everything to me in great detail. Every question I had he answered and then some. I had gotten a letter in the mail about loans with low monthly payments and that is what got me started with this company but because of the debt I had he informed me that any loan I would be able to get would have extremely high interest rates and that would be if I could get a loan. *** D, then explained to me that if I continued down this road, even if I continued to pay everything on time that my credit score would continue to drop because of the amount of debt I had. *** explained that doing this will not only help with paying everything but make it all more manageable and increase my credit score. As much as I wanted to get the loan, I am giving this a chance. Having the opportunity to get out of this debt will be liberating. Let's see how it goes. Thank you *** D

I don't feel comfortable with giving 5 stars. I was asked to send a review. I was sent a link to review. They were nice, but they are selling something. I am unsure if this will help me. My understanding is to let all of my credit card debt go late. This is when they ask for a settlement this will give them leverage to settle, I guess because my creditors will feel that it's something instead of nothing. I feel that this will hurt me in the long run. It will take 7 years to get all of these late payments off my FICO score. Creditors will be apprehensive to ever *** money in the future. Because of all of the settlements that will happen on my credit. Im sure my phone will really be ringing off the hook once I stop payments. I called for a consolidation and I was turned down. So this was the next thing is what they told me. I just don't know. I see a lot of great reviews but this is all for the knowledge of the salesman. I have not seen one review after the fact. I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com before I signed with them. However my salesman made it seem as though I was leaving a company review. How can I rate a company 5 stars for selling me a service? With no proven results. I can't I would be misleading others. The salesman was nice. That is my review. Lol

is someone for whom I am grateful. I tried to take advantage of a loan offer his company sent me, but when I was denied, he gave me extensive feedback as to why: it turns out that I was bad at money management since I couldn't see that I had too much debt compared to how much I was currently earning. He then told me that his company had another offer for debt resolution, gave me all of the information I needed (such as doing the work of how much I was repaying each month since I believed that I was too busy as a middle school classroom teacher/tutor/coach/ambassador, and graduate student to do it myself), and fought for me to get the best plan that had the lowest monthly payback rate. *** also told me what to say to my creditors/lenders, how to say it, and how to deal with them. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease since I was anxious and overwhelmed. I have been in a rut lately with professional and personal issues, and as an industrious witch myself, I have been working & doing magick for a financial miracle (or at least some relief). Whatever power out there has been sending me signals and signs for help, and I see that *** is one of them. *** I may be down right now, but I have faith that I will be back on top again since I have made it through every single day that I felt "was the absolute worst of my life". That said, when I am there, and if you are in rock bottom or rock bottom's basement yourself, please do not hesitate to reach out to me so that I can repay you with the kindness you gave me. If that never scenario never happens, then rest assured that I will pay your kindness forward to others.

My family was in dire need of help. Yes...we put ourselves in the situation so it was avoidable...but it is what it is. Finally...we swallowed our pride, did some research and reached out to *** () (subsidiary of Rescue One) and they structured the 'help'. They don't do a very good job of explaining the process; much less, how they they 'transfer' you to ***. The agent from this organization assured me that there would be nothing to worry about as long as we made payments (to the tune of $1800/month; we had a lot of debt; STILL haven't missed a payment). Too boot, she also assured me that she would be with me every step of the way...that was until my 11 year old daughter received a summons at our front door (three times; I was advised by the *** rep to *** take it; which further hindered the process in a negative way). From the get-go, we were instructed to stop making payments, 'ignore calls' and any communication. When I questioned ***...I was told that it may mess up the negotiation process. I followed each thing that was told to me. After nearly a year, and numerous conversations with ***, it became apparent that they are the ones I should have been talking with the entire time. Nevertheless, the failure of this *** representative has added to our family's stress with all the lawsuits against us (either active or pending). I already have represented myself in court once and more are on the horizon. (May I add... I was also told when I ASKED during enrollment...if something DID make it to court, would we be represented without any further payment? She made it clear that rarely happens; however, if it does, we are represented by *** Law.and no additional payment would be required;) YOU guessed it,,,we weren't. Those that read...please understand, I do *** want any of you to be taken by this; we are going to have to file bankruptcy due to the sketchy nature of *** acting as the middle man. This WAS 100% avoidable had we continued making payments to creditors...and worked with them alone. Hence, this program is *** MISLEADING and may have devastating effects on your family. Please beware!"
