I purchased a blouse and it does not fit. I followed the instructions on how to return items and when I got to the point where they were going to send me the bar code, I never received the bar code. I have tried starting the return again (several times) but all it says is 'return started'. I communicated with customer service and they said someone would contact regarding this problem. I have not been in contact. I am extremely frustrated. I don't want the blouse, I want to return it.
