I'm a 100% retired disabled veteran senior citizen, living on a fixed income. I have been a currently a loyal and faithful customer of Choice Warrenty for over 4 years. Unfortunately, the company sadly, has not treated me the same! Over 4 months ago August 2019, I submitted an appeal. Ms Nicole Heard was assigned but refused to work with me and to elevate my case to the next level and to date have never contacted me. They never even honored their Renewal promises and commitment! Their technicians never find in my favor, they recommended for years for a replacement boiler and you disagreed and never answered my appeal. I've had to cover my own repair expenses of $1000 in 2017, because I could not find a service bill. This was the entire reason why I have your company.
