Chilis review: Food, restroom conditions treatment by manger.

On 3-16-26 My husband and I went to a chilis. Clarksville In location. First time at a Chillis. We sat down ordered what we were drinking. I went to look for the restroom I couldn't find it.I ask I was told it the porta potty out side. I went out there opened the door and the smell of urine knocked you down. I held my breath to go. When back at our table my husband asked to see a manger do to not wanting mac cheese. But to replace it you had to pay 50 cents extra. But on the menu the other item was 50 cents less than mac cheese. He asked for a mgmt. the guy that came to our table acted like we were bothering him. There was only about 6 people in there. When we asked about the side order price he was very hatefull.Told us that is the rule. My husband said that makes no sence.The mgt rudely it is what it is.Then really rudely said find I will lose the company business I will eat the 50 cents and walked away. I contacted Chilis on about 3-20-26 they returned my email with questions answered then I was sent a 20 gift card.That day we spent for 2 people $58,94 + $8 tip. I told them from the start I want a full refund. Or they could replace our meal we would be willing to try a different location.I never got a response after sending more emails.
