Chilis review: Food, restroom conditions treatment by manger.

3/16/26 3:05 p.m. husband and I went in.We had never been there family gave us a gift card.The amount was supposed to be $50.
So we went in sat down. About 6 customer where there, I looked all around fot the restroom, I asked someone. I was told it is the porta potty out side.so I went out side at a costly restaurant. Went 4 steps to the door. Opened it and the smell of urine about knocked me down so i held my breath as long as i could and got done. My husband went to the means he said it was band to. I told our watress.When we ordered we ask why am i don't want mac & Cheese. We where told if we changed it to a nether side we would be charged extra even tho prices was the same. We asked for a manger we waited and waited.When he got there he said he had a attituded right off. Like we were bothering him. We told hi, what was wrong he said in a very rude way.Thats the way it is.If i give you free food I will get in trouble. He stood there for a bit and then said very rudely fine if you are too cheap to pay the extra 50 cents I will pay it my self. Then rudely walked away. Our order was $58.94 we gave the waitress our 50-gift card and extra cash. She came back and said this is only for 25.We gave her the rest in cash because the way the mngt was acting we did not want him to have out banking info. I have already voiced a complaint someone from Brinker guest relations emailed me with a $20 gift card.I refused it I was asking for a full refund or a credit that we could try at another Chilis. I have not heard back. The food east to bad but we both got ribs and they had very little meat, We had never tried Chilis I don't know if we ever will. I had never used a porta potty before,
