Children's Placecredit card web orders my place rewards customer service

I have been a loyal customer for years. I am really dissapointed in my experience with your call center and lack of customer service. I have a credit with your company 0 balance. I spent three hours on the phone and was tranferred around called back 4 times. My issue is still un resolved. My account is showing the wrong billing phone number. I corrected it online. I am an IT manager . I am tech savy. No wonder you are going out of business and closing stores. Wow, time to go back to Justice and Macy"s and share story with friends. Very dissapointed.
