I have attempted to make purchases online for over 1-2 weeks at every attempt the website is down. I understand this happens sometimes but for it to last weeks is a issue for customers. I would like to know how Im suppose to use the $60 in rewards prior to the expiration date. I'm sure several customers have lost out on rewards due to this issue. I request an extension on my rewards if I must travel almost a hour away from home to use in the store. Customers deserve some sort of compensation if there is a issue with the website preventing them to use the rewards they earned. jessica.[protected]@yahoo.com
