On September 20/2019 I purchased 9 items from this store. The following day I realized that one of the items security plastic tag had not been removed. On September 22 I decided to take the item, along with the receipt, I made a special trip to the store. I asked the manager to help me in removing the purchase security plastic tag. She instead of paying attention to my request, became hysterically upset and lost her temper. She called me a rubber and claimed that this was a typical way that people do steal merchandise. She accused me of the same. Several people in the store I witnessed the scene. My seven year old son was next to me was deeply effected. As soon as I demanded someone to call the security to clarify the matter she realized that she didn't even check the purchase receipt that I was holding in my hand and offering it to her. I don't feel that lady is suitable of holding that position in that store. She offered no apologies and never attempted to have some compassion towards my feelings.
