Children's Place review: customer service is horrible ( 1 comment)

I visited Children's Place today on Saturday, September 21st. After picking my items and getting in line, I notice the line is very long. The line is long because a customer ordered on line and was trying to pick up her items but the cashier could not find the items. There was another issue at the same time with the other cashier but I don't know what the issue was. I seen the customer leave the register several times and come back. I waited in line for 20 minutes. When it's my turn I tell the cashier I have $40 in rewards and she says I have to spend $80 to use the $40. Which by the way the rewards are a scam, I already spent $80 to receive the rewards, why would I have to spend another $80 to use them? During my transaction the cashier was very rude, she was slamming things around and had a horrible look on her face like she didn't want to be there. My total I believe was $74 and she said I can get something else for $6 to spend the $40 in rewards. So I leave the line to look for something, maybe was out for 2-3 minutes and I come back and she is waiting on someone else who is doing a return, not an exchange a return. That customer had just entered the store and could have waited a couple of minutes for my transaction to be completed, just as I had waited 20 minutes for other customers transactions to be completed. I asked for my rewards back and I left the store. I won't use the rewards anyway cause I'm never returning. You lost a transaction to wait on a customer who was doing an return.
