I placed an order on 9/27/25 in store. It’s 10/21 and still not received. I went into the store on 10/13 to check on the order and was told it takes 7-10 BUSINESS days to get the items. I called today and apparently it was delivered on 10/6 but to a wrong address. They confirmed my correct address. After 18 minutes,,, mostly only hold, the man on the phone said he was going to refund and re process the order. I was placed on hold again. He came back and said he couldn’t hear me. He called me back and he said he couldn’t hear me ,,,, testing 123… and disconnected. I called back and started over. This time 28 minutes and he processed a refund. He said I was being placed on hold again and he disconnected I called back a third time to find out that yes the refund was requested but they cannot send proof of that. I have to wait 1-2 weeks for confirmation. I asked for a supervisor and that could take 24-48 hours to get a call back. But a purchase? Oh they can process that right now.
This was the most frustrating one hour and a half! Very nice representative but poor process. I will never place an order with Chicos again!
Claimed loss: So far I’ve spent time and money and no product received
Desired outcome: My two pairs of pants and a refund for the first order. I’ve been charged for four pairs as of today.
