Chico's review: Once great store in a race to the bottom

I've been loyal to Chico's for more than twenty years and more than half of my wardrobe comes from their brand. Seems like they are doing everything they can to piss of their best customers. After decades of offering free shipping to Passport customers, they suddenly started demanding a $75 minimum qualifying purchase without letting us know. I also resent the whack-a-mole system of sales promotions where you're afraid to purchase something because you're getting an almost daily onslaught of sales messages promising even greater discounts. Their basic pricing model has increased dramatically while they've been dumbing down the quality. Wake up Chicos!
