I am a longtime customer. Shipping is iffy. I ordered a blouse on May 6.
Got notification from postal service they were waiting for pick up. I called May 14 to inquire as to where it was. He suggested waiting a few more days.
I called again on May 19. Representative suggested I cancel the order even though there was still stock to be had. He could not help me. I was using the live chat.
I called again by phone. A very nice lady told me oh I will expedite your order.
Today is May 22. The blouse is out of stock. I have not received an email about the expedited shipment. I suspect it was not placed and I will not receive the blouse that I ordered.
To say that I am upset and disappointed is the biggest understatement of the century! I cannot type what I really think.
The shipping function at Chicos is horribly broken. This has happened to me more than once with Chicos!
I will be ordering future clothing from Quince. There merchandise arrives quickly. It is high quality and more competitively priced.
BTW Chicos is owned by Talbots.
Buyer Beware!
Recommendation: Avoid this merchant for online purchases like the plague!
