I usually shop online so I take my returns to Chicos/Naperville. I usually get the cold shoulder. Why? I realize that I don't purchase in-store but I am purchasing from Chicos nonetheless. I realize Chicos has taken away commissions but hey, can you still have a smile and/or remove the "chill"? I don't shop in-store at Chicos because of the bored/cold attitude. This goes for 90% of their employees over the past several years. If I had spent much $$$ in-store I supposed I'd have a better chance at a truly friendly experience.
